1. The Web site “Gaiking Review” (“Site”, in the following) is the expression of the intellectual interest for the contents of the animation series “Daiku Maryu Gaiking” (“Work”, in the following) felt by who realized and published the Site on the Internet. The making and publishing of the Site were carried out to let a personal opinion be known by all those who feel the same interest for all arguable features of the Work.

2. The Site is a collection of hypertext files, whose content belongs to one or more of the following categories:
   1. A text description of the entire Site, including its content and all actions made to manage it, the purposes of its publication, and the suggested ways to consult the Sithe itself.
   2. A graphical description of the entire Site (i.e., banner), including its content, realized to give a graphical hypertext reference leading to the Site from any other external position within the Internet.
   3. A text description of the entire Work, including all its parts.
   4. A graphical description of the entire Work, including all its parts. Each of the images belonging to this category was realized applying a graphical artwork (obtained entirely or in part from the Work, sticking to the Work, or unrelated to the Work) to single frames or multiple frames digitally combined and belonging to the Work.
   5. Images complementing the Site’s graphical structure, which were realized to help the Site’s exploration or to give an aesthetical support to other contents of the Site.
   6. Critical contributions on the Work, including all its parts, expressed in text form.
   7. Hypertext references (i.e., links), in text and/or graphical form, leading to other Web sites fully or partially dedicated to the whole Work or to single parts of the Work.
   8. Digital tools to send communications to the Site.

3. The graphical artwork instanced at point 2, letter D, consists of text and/or symbols added to the frames instanced at the same point, whose purpose is to certify the artistic origin for those frames and for all the images included in the Site, including those realized using the Work’s frames. The reason for insisting on the paternity of the images instanced at point 2, letter D, is the will to acknowledge the rights granted by copyrights laws in force to the authors of the Work (including the Work’s frames, as well as the symbols included in the graphical artwork under discussion and obtained from the Work by copy or reproduction) and the paternity of the digital photographic editing process that produced the images instanced at point 2, letter D.
4. The complementary images instanced at point 2, letter E, and the banners instanced at point 2, letter B, contain text and/or images obtained from the Work by copy or reproduction, referring to the Work, or unrelated to the Work. Where not explicitly mentioned, the making of the complementary images under discussion at the current point implicitly involves:
1. the acknowledgement of the rights granted by copyrights laws in force to the authors of the text and symbols included in the aforesaid complementary images and obtained from the Work by copy and/or reproduction;
2. the acknowledgement of the intellectual paternity to the authors of the text and symbols unrelated to the Work and included in the complementary images under discussion;
3. the acknowledgement of the intellectual paternity to the authors of the digital photographic editing process that produced the aforesaid complementary images from the text and/or symbols instanced at letters A and B of the current point.
5. The critical contributions instanced at point 2, letter F, represent an opinion resulting from the analysis of the entire Work and/or any of the Work’s part, which is expressed on a personal basis only and limited to this same extent in its extent and effects.

6. The Site is open to all and serves as a:
   1. comparison between the opinions of the Site’s authors and the opinions of the Site’s visitors about the Work;
   2. reference for the Work by accessing the Site’s files whose contents belongs to the categories instanced at point 2, letters C and D.
   Given its origin and its targets, both instanced at point 1, paragraph 1, the Site enjoys no official character towards the Work which legitimizes any allowed use of the Site itself. Then, all responsibility is declined for any use of the Site which differ from those instanced at letters A and B of the current point, as well as for any consequence that may result from using the Site in accordance with letters A and B of the current point.
7. The banners instanced at point 2, letter B, can be used only to create hypertext links to the Site from other sites or Web pages entirely or partially dedicated to the Work (i.e., the whole Work or any of the Work’s parts) or to any subject which the Work can be associated to in any way. Even if their download is free, the publishing of these banners:
   1. is subject to approval by the Site’s staff by previous request to be submitted using the digital communication means available at the URL http://www.gaikingreview.it/contact.html;
   2. is limited to the Internet only and is allowed in exclusive compliance with the purposes instanced at the current point;
   3. doesn’t imply any obligation, of any kind, towards anyone, for those who publish the banners and/or for those who approve their publication.
   It ’s also forbidden to modify the banners in any way or to include them in any other electronic document from which the banners can’t be separated through simple hypertext link removal.
8. The hypertext links instanced at point 2, letter G, were published only to suggest to the visitors of the Site a way to continue the discussion of the Work in other places which seem to pursue the same targets instanced at point 6, letters A and B. Given the total independence of the Site from the Web sites referenced by the aforesaid hypertext links, all responsibility is declined for all activities and/or purposes related to the existence of these Web sites, including any possible use, for any aim, of the contents of these Web sites which can be accessed through the hypertext links in discussion at the current point.
9. The digital communication tools instanced at point 2, letter H, available at the URL http://www.gaikingreview.it/contact.html, were published to let anyone send any communication to the Site and to those responsible for it. Without an explicit prohibition by the sender (to be specified in the message body), the use of the aforesaid communication tools implies the approval of an eventual publication of either the entire message sent to the Site or any part of it. The use of the communication tools in discussion at the current point doesn’t imply any kind of obligation (except the reading and evaluating of the message) towards anyone, except the owners of the copyright for the Work and those who are granted legal authority to impose the observance of these rights.
10. The Work, in its entirety and/or in any of its parts, is protected by copyright laws in force and the owners of those warranties are granted all rights acknowledged by law. Thus, where not otherwise indicated, it is forbidden to withdraw any kind of contents from any part of the Site for any purpose and/or use, except the banners instanced at point 2, letter B (for the uses instanced at point 7). It is also allowed to cite the Site or any part of it for review and/or reference purposes by previous request for approval of the modalities and the subject of the citation to be sent using the communication tools instanced at point 9.
